Labour affirmation cards can help to bring calm during labour and birth. They can also be used in preparation for labour to create a relaxing and positive state of mind.

These cards are A6 in size and come in a labelled box. There are 20 in a pack.

Choose from the below options:

• The standard pack, with pre-filled affirmations (as pictured)
• The standard pack, with up to 5 additional bespoke cards (please write your custom messages within the ‘order notes’ section of checkout – don’t worry if you forget, we’ll get in touch with you)
• Or a set without any text, so you can handwrite your own. These will be in the floral design.
